Job Description Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for both commodity and value-added products (VAP) to achieve revenue targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Set clear, measurable sales goals and objectives for the sales team. Network Expansion: Support business growth by expanding the network of dealers, distributors, and new retail outlets. Identify potential partners and negotiate agreements to enhance distribution channels. Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional meets and sales sampling activities. Utilize the Samruddhi App to enhance sales processes and customer engagement. Technical Skills 18 plus years of experience in retail sales of Tile adhesive and its product range( epoxy, grout etc) is preferred The experience of Maharashtra( Mumbai) market is mandatory. Will also handle Gujarat market alongwith Maharashtra Team handling exposure is a must Base location will be Mumbai
