Position: Client Servicing Location: Mumbai Experience: 5–7 years Industry: Advertising / Marketing / Communications Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Client Servicing Professional with 5–7 years of experience in the advertising or marketing industry to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of campaigns and projects. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day communication. Understand client requirements and effectively brief internal teams. Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and expectations. Prepare presentations, reports, and other client-facing documentation. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support account growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in a client servicing role within the advertising/marketing industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
