Salary (10-12 lakhs per annum + variable ) What You’ll Do Get New Business: Identify fresh opportunities in the rooftop solar market and uncover new verticals for expansion. Build & Nurture Relationships: Forge strong partnerships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients—your network will be key to our success. Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with our technical and project teams to design customized solar solutions tailored to client needs. Lead Generation & Sales: Generate leads through c networking, referrals, and digital marketing—you’ll drive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Close Deals & Drive Revenue: Negotiate contracts, deliver compelling sales proposals, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Strategic Partnerships: Build long-term relationships with real estate developers, architects, and corporate clients for large-scale rooftop installations. Marketing Collaboration: Team up with the marketing team to develop campaigns that bring in high-quality leads and create powerful sales messaging. Customer Success: Ensure post-sale satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and customer loyalty. Market Expansion: Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to expand our brand presence. What We’re Looking For Passionate About Solar: You have a strong understanding of rooftop solar system and solar financing models. You understand the market, the technology, and how to position it effectively. Proven BD Experience: 3-7 years in sales, business development, or project management within the solar or renewable energy sector. Networker: You have an established network in real estate, commercial, and industrial sectors. You can leverage connections and create new business opportunities.
