We Are Hiring | Director – Strategy | Mumbai We’re looking for a strategic thinker and storyteller to join our Mumbai team, bringing 10–12 years of experience in business, audience, and media planning—ideally with strong exposure to leading FMCG accounts. This role demands a sharp balance of left- and right-brain thinking, combining analytical rigor with creative storytelling to drive actionable recommendations. Experience: 10–12 years Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Key Responsibilities Lead business & audience planning, media planning, and executional fundamentals. Extract and synthesize relevant data points from multiple sources to inform strategy. Apply strong media planning fundamentals to design effective campaign strategies. Manage client-facing discussions, aligning expectations and driving stakeholder engagement. Translate data and insights into clear, actionable media recommendations with compelling storytelling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and innovative solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging tools impacting FMCG strategy. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PG in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred. 10–12 years of experience in strategy, media planning, or audience planning roles. Strong strategy background within a media agency, with proven success on FMCG accounts. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both clients and internal teams. Ability to command a strong presence in meetings and simplify complex concepts into actionable strategies. Skills & Tools Proficiency with planning and insights tools: GWI, TGI, IRS, BARC, Comscore, Brand Track, Brand Lift, YouGov, Kantar Worldpanel. Strong media fundamentals, data analysis, and business planning expertise. Skilled in client servicing, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration. Sharp storytelling ability with a strong mix of analytical and creative thinking.
