Accounts Manager

Job Summary: The Accounts Manager will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the company’s export business by managing accounts receivable, payable, and banking transactions. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations. Prepare export invoices, packing lists, and coordinate with banks for LC (Letter of Credit), export bills, and realization of payments. Monitor buyer payments and follow up for timely collections. Manage vendor payments and ensure cost controls are in place. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.). Maintain costing sheets for orders and analyze profit margins. Support management in budgeting and financial forecasting. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. 4–8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an export/manufacturing setup. Knowledge of export documentation and banking processes (LCs, Bills of Exchange). Strong analytical and financial reporting skills. Proficiency in Tally ERP or other accounting software, MS Excel.
