Data Analyst

Job Title: Analyst Location: Mumbai Experience Required: 2–3 years About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to work closely with our COO in a high-impact Analyst capacity. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and proven experience in managing projects and data-driven reporting. You will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Partner with the COO to manage day-to-day priorities, projects, and initiatives. Perform detailed data analysis, create dashboards, and generate actionable insights to support business decisions. Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and business reviews for internal and external stakeholders. Manage and track projects using tools like Jira and Airtable; ensure timelines and deliverables are met. Develop and maintain structured reporting processes for regular business reviews and performance tracking. Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and operational goals. Key Skills & Requirements 2–3 years of hands-on experience in analytics, project management, or a related function. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and PowerPoint (structuring, storytelling, visual presentation). Working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Airtable. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality outputs on time. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management capabilities.
