This role would report to the Business Intelligence Senior Manager in Mumbai, India.As a member of the Business Intelligence team, you will design, implement, and maintain full-stack applications, develop optimization algorithms collaborating closely with stakeholders to integrate user feedback and technological advancements.Responsibilities:Develop optimization algorithms and production ready tools for Service OperationsUnderstand service operations problems and develop full software tools for improving work efficiency and ensuring appropriate business decisions are madeSupport ad hoc requests for data analysis and scenarios planning from operations teamDevelop automated tools needed, for monitoring and maintaining critical customer performanceDevelop and manage well-functioning databases and applicationsRapidly fix bugs, solve problems, and proactively strive to improve our products and technologiesMentor and train junior team membersRequirements:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.Strong hands-on experience and understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and web application developmentProficiency with PythonProficiency with dashboarding tools like Tableau or Quicksight.Excellent Analytics and Data Analysis Skills.Knowledge about databases / datalakes (e.g.PostgreSQL, AWS RDS, Redshift, S3)Knowledge of front-end languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Redux, Vue, or Angular) would be a plusOptimization Experience with solvers like Gurobi etc. would be a plusExperience with Git or other version control softwareExcellent problem-solving skills with automation first mindset.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fieldsHaving a MBA in Analytics is a advantageAbout Bloom Energy:At Bloom Energy, we support a 100% renewable future.
