Job Title: PCG Advisor (Indian Equity Market) – NBFC-Mumbai-Prabhadevi NB: The role demands two skills-Terminal operation and selling of TPP, Only local candidates from Mumbai & Navi Mumbai with local market experience. No relocation is possible. CTC: Up to 22 LPA Role Objective: Manage and grow HNI/UHNI client relationships by advising on equities, derivatives & other financial products, driving revenue through trading/advisory and cross‐selling. Key Responsibilities: Acquire & manage HNI/UHNI clients, deepen relationships. Provide equity/derivative investment & trading advice. Generate brokerage & revenue; cross‐sell MF, PMS, insurance etc. Monitor portfolios, review performance & risk. Stay updated on market trends & research. Ensure compliance with SEBI/regulatory norms. Maintain MIS/reports for management. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Commerce. 3–10+ yrs experience in broking/trading & HNI client handling. Strong market knowledge & order execution skills. Excellent communication & relationship management. KPIs: Client acquisition & activation. AUM & revenue growth. Cross‐sell targets. Client satisfaction & compliance adherence.
