We’re Hiring: Analyst – CMBS (Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities) | Mumbai Are you passionate aboutCommercial Real Estate (CRE)and have a strong foundation incredit risk, valuation, and financial analysis ? We are looking for talented professionals with1–2.5 years of experienceto join our growing CMBS team.What You’ll Do: UnderwriteCommercial Real Estate (CRE) transactionsand prepare detailed asset summary reports. Analyze property and market characteristics, strengths, and risks of transactions. Work onfinancial modelling, valuation methods, and financial statement analysis . Gain exposure tosecuritization, asset management, and structured finance.What We’re Looking For: Experience inAsset Management, Real Estate/Warehouse Management, Credit Analysis, or Commercial Loan Management. Strong understanding ofCRE property types, valuation methods, and CMBS concepts(DY, DSCR, LTV). Background inFinance/Accounting(UG in Finance, CA/CMA Inter preferred). Proficiency inMS Office ; financial modelling skills are a plus.
