The role is with a leading General Insurance Company.Designation : Lead – Total Rewards and Analytics Job Location : Mumbai Reports to : DVP and Head – Compensation and Benefits, HR Operations.Responsibilities HR Analytics and Reporting – Attrition, HR Dashboards, fill rate, productivity, review presentations, etc. HRMS Administration, Automation and Data Management. Manage Compensation and Benefits activities, including incentive plans and payouts. Participate in the annual market salary benchmarking exercise and be responsible for validating and analysing the data. Budgeting and forecasting - Track HR costs on a monthly basis and evaluate gaps/areas of improvement. HR Policies and SOPs. Manage HR Analytics and Total Rewards for the company. Lead HR systems, process automations, data management and reporting.Qualifications Good understanding of Total Rewards and Compensation-related activities Very Strong in advanced Excel and HR systems Good communication and presentation skills Excellent Analytical skills and ability to derive meaningful insights from data Detail oriented Ability to work seamlessly across functions
