Hyper is building the backbone infrastructure to make global shipping seamless, fast, and compliant — starting from India.Job Description We’re looking for an experienced leader to oversee bothstrategic logistics partnershipsandend-to-end operational executionacross Hyper’s cross-border fulfilment network. This role will drive partnerships with courier and freight providers while ensuring seamless daily hub operations, customs compliance, and multi-leg logistics execution from India to global destinations. You will be responsible for: Running daily hub and fulfilment operations. Building and managing partnerships with couriers, freight forwarders, and multimodal logistics providers. Architecting and optimising a 3-tier international logistics network: First Mile : Seller pickups to Hyper hub Mid Mile : Export lane movement via air/sea freight Last Mile : Final delivery in destination country via global couriersKey Responsibilities Fulfilment Operations : Manage inbound receipt, inventory, picking/packing, labeling, and outbound dispatches. Partnerships & Network Development : Build and negotiate relationships with global couriers (DHL, FedEx, Aramex) and freight forwarders for competitive rates, service levels, and capacity. Dispatch & Customs Coordination : Oversee documentation, customs compliance, and handovers to courier/freight partners. Performance & Cost Optimisation : Monitor SLAs, turnaround times, throughput, and cost per shipment while driving process efficiencies. Tech & Process Collaboration : Work with product/tech teams on WMS/OMS integrations, courier syncs, and visibility systems. Reporting & Leadership : Maintain dashboards for partner performance and hub metrics; lead and manage ground operations teams.Qualifications & Experience 7–12 years of experience in e-commerce fulfilment, cross-border logistics, or freight/courier partnerships. Strong understanding of air freight, courier networks, and multimodal logistics flows. Proven ability to build and manage multi-leg logistics networks (first–mid–last mile). Deep knowledge of export documentation, customs, and compliance frameworks. Track record of managing carrier/freight partnerships and negotiating commercials. Hands-on experience with WMS/OMS platforms and courier tech integrations. Prior exposure to startup or high-growth logistics environments preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.Who You Are Equally comfortable on the warehouse floor and in high-level partner negotiations. Understands how to integrate courier, freight, and compliance flows into one seamless network. Data-driven, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
