: -&( ): Charni Road, Mumbai : Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM [Saturdays will be WFH]: We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to amplify our e-commerce operations at a fast-paced fashion footwear company. This pivotal role blends marketplace management, digital campaigns, vendor collaboration, and performance analysis to drive sustained online growth.:.& • Drive sales across major platforms: Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Flipkart, and more. • Manage product listings: Content updates, pricing, discounts, images, website & marketplace management. • Vendor coordination: Build strong partnerships to resolve issues, optimize performance, and onboard national/international platforms. • Campaign strategy execution: Plan and drive profitable traffic and sales on Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. • Create marketing assets: Collaborate with marketing & design teams on engaging banners and content..& • Data-driven reporting: Use Google Sheets and Excel to track performance metrics and provide insights to management. • Monthly KPI tracking: Present conversion rates, sales trends, ROI, and platform-specific performance. • Strategize improvements: Identify gaps and recommend actionable optimizations.: • Planned Leave: 14 days • Sick Leave: 10 days • Public Holidays: 10 days-& : • 3+ years of D2C E-commerce experience on Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. • Proven track record in achieving online sales targets. • Strong knowledge of fashion and lifestyle footwear brands. • Tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment. • Excellent English communication (written and verbal). • Proficient with Google Sheets, Zoho, Shopify, Microsoft Office. • Skilled in marketplace dashboards: Myntra M-Studio, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa, etc.-: • Expertise in Shopify, Google Analytics, and marketplace tools. • Strong business acumen: P&L management, budgeting, financial analytics. • Sales-driven mindset and accountability.? • Be a key player in accelerating the digital growth of a stylish, expanding footwear brand. • Work in a flexible, collaborative, and performance-oriented environment. • Influence strategy, growth, and brand presence across major e-commerce platforms.✉️ CVs can be emailed to:akshata. @.
