FP&A & Investor Relation Professional Location: Mumbai, Andheri Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) & Investor Relations Professional to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving business growth and profitability by providing data-driven insights, automating financial processes, and enhancing analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong foundation in finance and a passion for technology. Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and management reports to support strategic decision-making. Conduct variance analysis to identify key business drivers and areas for improvement. Business Partnering: Collaborate with various business units to understand their operations, provide financial support initiatives aimed at improving growth and profitability. Automation & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes, including reporting and data consolidation, using tools like Excel, Power BI, or other analytical software. Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical tools to provide real-time insights into financial performance. Leverage data to tell a compelling story and influence business outcomes. Investor Relations: Preparing investor updates, presentations, and financial summaries for existing and potential stakeholders. Support ad-hoc analysis related to fundraising, market benchmarking, and due diligence requests, ensuring accurate and timely information flow to investors while maintaining confidentiality. Ad-Hoc Projects: Support senior leadership with special projects, due diligence, and other strategic initiatives as needed. Required Qualifications A Chartered Accountant (CA) with a one-attempt pass record or an MBA in Finance from a reputable institution. 0-2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant FP&A, corporate finance, or business analytics role. If it’s a fresher CA than he or she must have a internship experience from a reputed firm. Strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting principles. Proven experience with data analysis and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. Desired Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, macros) and PowerPoint. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI . Knowledge of ERP and CRM tools like Dynamics , CRM and automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python) is a significant plus. Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
