As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a Business Development Executive based out of Mumbai to join our dynamic sales team. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities (B2B), building and maintaining relationships with B2B clients, and negotiating and closing deals. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales. This position is based in Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Understanding of digital marketing and branding principles Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
