Credit Manager

Key Deliverables: •Deal evaluation: Understanding the industry & Business along with preparation of credit memo including financial model consisting of P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow statement •Presentation of the deal to senior management in a power point format •Look in the disbursement of sanctioned deals while coordinating with internal stakeholders •Submitting Monthly/ Quarterly Monitoring Reports to the Top Management •Ensuring timely interest and principal repayments •Performing market research and competitive analysis for assessment •Grooming of junior analysts & management trainees in the team Key Skills: •Strong hold on Industry, financial & credit principles •Excellent in interpersonal & presentation skills •Sound knowledge of underwriting in corporate/ wholesale lending •Strong understanding of industry cycle along with financial ratios •Hands on experience in Credit Memo preparation •Financial modelling with ability to make, read and maintain models in MS Excel
