This role demands a strong analytical mindset, industry connections, and a love for cinema. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret box office performance, trends, and data across domestic and international markets. Develop compelling box office narratives backed by accurate data and insights. Track and report film economics, including budgets and profitability. Collaborate closely with key industry stakeholders, including filmmakers, exhibitors, and distributors. Deliver timely and accurate reporting on film performance, release strategies, and market behavior. Ideal Candidate Profile: A genuine passion for cinema and a keen interest in the business side of the film industry. Strong numerical and analytical skills with an ability to derive insights from data. Deep knowledge of box office dynamics, audience behavior, and industry benchmarks. Well-connected within the film ecosystem, with professional rapport among filmmakers, distributors, and exhibitors. Upholds the highest standards of ethics and integrity in reporting and analysis. Prior experience in box office reporting is a strong advantage. Willingness to work 6 days a week with flexibility in hours as required by the fast-paced nature of the industry.
