Website: LinkedIn: Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Development : Developing & implementing the company’s strategic plan in alignment. Project Management : Overseeing the execution of strategic projects & initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Providing insights and recommendations based on market analysis to inform strategic decisions. Corporate Planning/ Development : Identifying and evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances. Lead due diligence processes and negotiations for corporate development activities. Innovation and Growth Initiatives : Fostering a culture of innovation within the organization to drive growth. Oversee the development of new products, services, and business models. Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and build support for strategic initiatives. Communicate strategic goals and progress to various stakeholders. Key Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Expertise in financial modeling and business case creation. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey insights to senior stakeholders. High proficiency in tools like PowerPoint and Excel. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to navigate and deliver results in ambiguous and fast-changing business environments. Strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail and commercial implications. Preferred Qualifications: BE | BTech in Chemical Engineering MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.). 15 to 17 years of experience in strategic roles within the chemical or allied sectors Prior exposure to business development, corporate planning, or strategy consulting Experience in techno-commercial functions is a strong advantage Epsilon Carbon Pvt.
