We are looking for Urban planners with strong experience in Town planning/Economic development/Tourism development projects. Candidates are preferred from Maharashtra locations only. Role : Urban Planner Company : Consulting Firm Location : Mumbai Experience : 7+ Yrs Work Mode: 3 Days from Client's office Vacancies : 2 CTC : 14-18 LPA Mandate Skills: Urban planning Economic planning Government projects consulting Municipal Corporation related projects Key Responsibilities: Lead and support urban planning projects for government clients, including city development plans, smart city initiatives, and infrastructure development. Conduct economic assessments, budgeting, and revenue mapping for urban or tourism-related projects. Provide policy advisory and consulting support to municipal corporations and state departments. Collaborate with Tourism Departments to design strategies that enhance tourism infrastructure, revenue generation, and destination development. Support the preparation of project reports, DPRs, proposals, and presentations for government stakeholders. Undertake data analysis, economic modeling, and impact assessment studies to guide policy decisions. Liaise with cross-functional government teams, private sector partners, and donor agencies. Ensure compliance with government norms, policies, and project timelines.
