Title: Research Analyst Cement, Infrastructure & Real Estate Location: Mumbai Experience: 1- 2 Years About the Role: We are seeking a Research Analyst with 1 -2 years of experience in Cement, Infrastructure, and Real Estate sectors . The candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth industry research, financial analysis, and assisting senior analysts in generating actionable insights for institutional clients. Key Responsibilities: Track and analyze cement sector companies, industry trends, demand–supply dynamics, pricing, and capacity expansions. Conduct research on infrastructure and real estate sectors, including regulatory updates, market performance, and growth opportunities. Build and maintain detailed financial models for coverage companies. Assist in preparing research reports, sector updates, and thematic studies. Support client interactions with data-driven insights and presentations. Monitor global and domestic macroeconomic developments impacting the sector. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–2 years of relevant experience in equity research / industry research (preferably in cement sector). Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and sector dynamics. Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Education: MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
