Business Head - EPC (Pharma and Life Sciences)

About the Role We are seeking a highly accomplished Business Head to lead a group of companies specializing in HVAC, cleanrooms, and turnkey EPC projects for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry . This strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and profitability, while ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and leadership for the EPC business in HVAC, cleanrooms, and allied solutions . Oversee end-to-end execution of EPC projects in the pharma and life sciences sector, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards. Drive P&L ownership , achieving revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization. Lead business development initiatives, expand client base, and strengthen relationships with pharma and life sciences clients. Ensure operational excellence through project management, resource optimization, and quality control . Lead, mentor, and develop senior leadership teams across the group companies. Identify new opportunities for diversification, partnerships, and innovation in EPC and allied services. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering; MBA preferred. Experience: 18–25 years of proven experience in EPC projects for HVAC, cleanrooms, and pharma/life sciences facilities . Strong expertise in managing large-scale projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams . Hands-on experience with business strategy, P&L management, and organizational leadership . Key Skills & Competencies Strong business acumen with P&L ownership experience . Deep knowledge of EPC project execution, HVAC systems, and cleanroom construction . Strong client network in pharma and life sciences . Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to scale businesses and manage multi-site operations . Understanding of regulatory, EHS, and quality standards in pharma projects.
