Manager Risk – NBFC Reporting to: CEO / Board Risk Committee Objective: To lead the risk management framework of the NBFC and ensure robust governance across credit, operational, and regulatory risk domains. Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the enterprise-wide risk management framework (ERM). Define risk appetite in line with strategic business objectives. Monitor portfolio performance and implement early warning systems. Ensure credit risk policies, underwriting guidelines, and scorecards are adhered to. Coordinate with compliance, audit, operations, and technology teams on risk mitigation. Present periodic risk reviews to the Board and Risk Committee. Ensure compliance with RBI NBFC Master Directions and regulatory updates. Qualifications: Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in risk functions within NBFCs or Banks. Sound understanding of credit underwriting, analytics, stress testing, and regulatory reporting. MBA/CA/CFA/FRM preferred.
