Junior/Senior Financial Analyst - CA/MBA/CMA/B.Com

As a Junior/Senior Financial Analyst within the Finance team, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your expertise in financial planning and reporting, process optimization, adaptability, and strategic partnership. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the Finance Team through monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes by delivering impactful insights that drive business decisions. · Partner on execution of budgeting, forecasting and actual processes across FP&A. · Product costing, Capex, HMM and Usage Reporting. · Variance and spend trend analysis for materials and finished products. · Pricing and Expense (Admin, Marketing, Trade) consolidation and reporting, · Enter and amend customer pricing as requested, - Maintain Pricing and Transfer Pricing summary reports. · Create accrual entries during month end & publishing scorecards/dashboards. · Partner with business on various business development & analysis projects. · Drive efficiencies in annual and monthly planning/reporting processes. · Identify data outliers, determine root cause and action. · Drive month-end close activities and deliver insightful reporting. · Exhibit strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence and align with stakeholders across functions. Qualification: Junior Financial Analyst - with min 4-5 yrs of experience in a manufacturing setup. Senior Financial Analyst - CA, MBA, PGDBA, MMS with min 7-8 yrs of experience preferably in a manufacturing setup.
