Deputy Manager - MEP Design

Preferred Total Experience: 5- 8 Years Qualifications: Mandatory Bachelors in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Responsibilities Ensures QC & T standards for all services. (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire suppression, Gas bank, Security systems, Filtration systems & IT systems). Creates detailed design for all services. Obtains sign off on the drawings. Manage and control energy consumption through efficient design. Prepares & recommends the standard budget for services based on current McDonald’s standards and specification. Presents rate contract and presents it to Design & Purchase Lead on an annual basis for services. Identifies and builds a network of consultant for MEP for the region. Designs and presents a training programme for execution team on MEP. Ensures EVA of Store Energy consumption to be +/-5 %.
