Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance engagement and loyalty. Sales & Business Development Sell multiple financial products such as mutual funds, life and general insurance, home loans, personal loans, fixed deposits, and other investment options. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue objectives. Conduct financial needs analysis for clients and recommend suitable products. Portfolio Management Manage a portfolio of existing clients ensuring high retention and increased wallet share. Provide regular portfolio reviews and financial planning advice. Cross-Selling & Up-Selling Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling across product categories. Maintain updated product knowledge to present relevant solutions to clients. Compliance & Documentation Ensure KYC compliance and proper documentation for all client transactions. Follow company and regulatory guidelines for sales and advisory services. Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduate / Post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in financial product sales (mutual funds, insurance, loans, etc.). Strong knowledge of multiple financial products and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. AMFI/IRDA certification preferred (or willingness to acquire). Key Competencies: Sales-driven mindset with a client-first approach. Strong networking ability. Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
