Vice President – Business & Content Location: Urmi Estate, Lower Parel, Mumbai Experience: 10–16 years About the Role We’re looking for a senior business leader who thrives at the intersection of content, creativity, and transformation. As Vice President – Business & Content , you’ll lead business mandates that require both strategic depth and creative agility. You’ll work closely with the VP Planning, Executive Producer and Managing Partner to shape future-facing content solutions, build enduring client partnerships, and drive integrated execution across strategy, creative, and production. This is a pivotal leadership role—not just managing accounts, but transforming them. Key Responsibilities Lead complex brand mandates with content at their core—steering strategy, partnerships, and execution Act as a strategic partner to senior clients, advising on content-led business opportunities Drive business transformation by identifying white-space opportunities, IP development, and creator collaborations Oversee the full content lifecycle —from brand objectives to idea to execution Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to build storytelling frameworks that deliver impact Own revenue targets and growth strategy for key accounts and new business streams Build and nurture a high-performance team culture across account management, strategy, creative, and production Represent the company externally —with clients, creators, partners, and platforms Who You Are A seasoned business leader from a content studio, creative agency, digital platform, or storytelling-led brand environment Deep understanding of branded content , influencer ecosystems, IP creation, and content platforms Proven ability to lead transformation initiatives —whether in business model, team structure, or content direction Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder production and content workflows A natural builder and team leader , with high emotional intelligence and strong creative instinct Calm under pressure, entrepreneurial in mindset, and driven by long-term brand and business impact
