Assistant General Manager - Architecture

QUALIFICATIONS: B.Arch., M.Arch EXPERIENCE : 10 to 12 + years’ experience. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the architectural design process for assigned projects, from concept design to construction documents. Collaborate with developers, engineers, and other stakeholders internally & externally to ensure designs meet functional, budgetary, and regulatory requirements. Oversee the work of architectural staff and consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and quality control. Manage project budgets and timelines for architectural deliverables. Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices. PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: Experience with specific property types (Commercial IT Building & Campus, etc.). will be preferable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of design costs and value engineering. Effective presentation and communication skills. Proven track record of leading and delivering successful architectural projects. Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods in India. Excellent collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) Project management skills with experience in scheduling and budgeting.
