Creation of quizzes in the K-Point for people to attempt and pass basis the training material of the trainings attended, and monitoring the same Firmwide Support on the ATI tools being used, their related trainings content and delivery across regions. Assessing BDO Global training material to extract relevant trainings for India staff and importing them on K-point. BDO Knowledge Database updating with respect to Training materials. Oversee the Assistant’s work of collating training records including attendance and feedback. Training content creation and some delivering as well Coordination with all sub departments for efficient training delivery and material usage. New Promote batches being launched - training content creation and support Updating and uploading of the Firm’s Induction modules on a period basis Updating the Firms SOPs and policies periodically Education: MBA OR CA Experience: 1.5 - 2 Years of experience into similar domain
