Join a vibrant and forward-thinking team making a global impact. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Technical Executive - Science & Innovation at our Mumbai office. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting research and experiments in support of product development, ensuring laboratory and safety protocols are followed, and performing accurate data analysis. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize formulations and providing technical insights to support the Cosmeceutical, Dermatology, and Nutraceutical verticals. Qualifications Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and familiarity with industry-standard procedures.Strong knowledge of Physics and Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data evaluation.Understanding of Health & Safety practices in a laboratory or technical environment.Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and present findings clearly.Attention to detail and a passion for research and innovation.Educational background in Chemistry, Physics, Biotechnology, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience or internships in a laboratory or R&D environment is an advantage.
