The work you do on the ground affects crop outcomes, income stability, and risk reduction, not just app metrics. You will be trusted with responsibility, not scripts. You will be expected to think, adapt, and build relationships over time. Farmers will rely on you not as a salesperson, but as a reliable guide who helps them understand and use information correctly. This role also puts you at the center of how modern agriculture is being built. Your field observations and ground-truth data directly improve satellite intelligence, advisory accuracy, and future product decisions. Very few field roles allow you to influence technology at this level. If you prefer structured desk work, minimal travel, or transactional interactions, this role will be challenging. But if you value independence, field ownership, and seeing tangible outcomes of your work in farmers’ fields and communities, this role offers rare depth and purpose. You will be part of a mission-driven team building systems that must work in real conditions — not ideal ones. The trust you build, the data you collect, and the farmers you enable will shape how agriculture is done at scale. This is work that matters, and you will see the impact firsthand.
