Job Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project Management- Support end-to-end program management for ongoing marketing and operational projects. - Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across internal teams and external partners. - Ensure smooth execution of priority initiatives through structured workflows and clear communication.Operational Support- Manage daily operational tasks, documentation, and process hygiene to keep projects running efficiently. - Assist in creating and improving frameworks, checklists, trackers, and standardized processes. - Mobilize internal sales teams for large-scale projects and initiatives.Research & Insights- Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitor research to support strategy and business decision-making. - Synthesize information into clear insights, summaries, and recommendations. - Maintain a strong understanding of digital platforms, media ecosystems, and partner landscapes.Partner & Platform Coordination- Act as a bridge between Rooster Tale, partner platforms, and external agencies. - Manage communication, expectations, and workflows with platform partners to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries. - Support localisation, adaptation, and scaling of external inputs for internal needs.Presentation Development- Build compelling, well-structured presentations using Google Slides for pitches, strategy discussions, and reporting. - Convert research, project outcomes, and insights into clean, digestible decks.Event & On-Ground Support- Coordinate operational requirements for small-scale events, workshops, or activations. - Support with feet-on-ground responsibilities as needed to ensure seamless execution.Requirements- 1–3 years of experience in operations, project/program management, research, or a similar role. - Strong proficiency in Google Slides (formatting, structuring, and visual clarity). - Strong organisational, multitasking, and documentation skills. - A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail. - Good communication skills-written and verbal.Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting cross-functional teams or multi-stakeholder projects. - Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). - Prior experience in operational, or coordination-focused roles. - Comfort working in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
