The role involves meeting B2B clients, understanding their requirements, and developing customised food products and curated hampers for brand launches, employee kits, and festive gifting.Key Responsibilities:- Meet and interact with B2B clients to understand product, budget, and customisation needs. - Develop customised food products and curated hampers aligned with client requirements. - Maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless project execution. - Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions across healthy snacks, instant beverages, dry fruits, and nuts. - Ensure product quality, safety, and feasibility based on food technology principles.Basic Requirements:- Degree/diploma in Food Technology or related field. - Strong understanding of food fundamentals: food preservation, microbiology, ingredients, and processing basics. - Ability to balance technical feasibility with commercial requirements. - Excellent communication and client-handling skills. - Creative mindset with problem-solving approach.
