Roles and Responsibilities:1. Daily Review of Jibe for All VesselsIdentify reports that need to be uploaded to Isometrix, including reviewingactivities uploaded on Jibe:a. Incident Reports, including HPIb. Near Miss Reportsc. High Potential Hazards from the Be Safe reportd. Internal and External Inspections and their closure2. Daily Liaison with Ship and Shore StaffCommunicate with ship and shore personnel daily to gather necessary information not available on Jibe for report completion.3. Track VFL ReportsMaintain an Excel sheet to track VFL reported by vessels and update this information on Isometrix.4. Follow-Up on Action Item StatusFollow-Up on Action Item Status Check the status of action items with the vessel bi-weekly to ensure closure.5. Upload High Potential IncidentsEnsure that high potential incidents are uploaded to Isometrix promptly after gathering information from the vessel and the vessel manager so as to generate Alert6. Monitor Isometrix TrainingKeep track of training for ship staff on the Isometrix platform and follow up till completion of training7. Collate and Upload KPI DataCollect KPI data from all vessels, verify it at the office, and upload it to the O&T portal.8.
