We have a clear objective to bring a paradigm shift in the national and global energy regime! Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Specialist, located in Mumbai. The Solar Specialist will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of solar power systems. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating solar technologies, coordinating installation projects, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring efficient power generation. The individual will also work closely with teams to integrate solar systems with existing energy infrastructure. Qualifications Experience and knowledge in Solar Power, Solar Industry, and Solar Systems Understanding of Wind Energy and its integration with solar systems Skills in Power Generation and energy efficiency Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, or related field is preferred Experience in project management is a plus
