Solar Project Manage

A growing Solar EPC company committed to delivering reliable, efficient, and innovative solar energy solutions to Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to lead the execution of rooftop solar projects and help us power India's transition to clean energy. Key Responsibilities: •Lead end to end execution of rooftop solar projects for C&I customer , ensuring project scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met. •Coordinate site assessments and system design and finalise it with customer. •Develop and manage project plans including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. •Manage procurement, installation & commissioning activities. •Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks and delays. •Coordinate with liaison partners t o ensure timely completion of net metering formalities. •Prepare and submit progress report, project handover documentation. •Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the organization. Qualifications & Skills: •Bachelor's degree in engineering with 4-6 years of experience in solar projects covering all phases from planning and execution to completion and handover. •Must have experience in Indian solar rooftop (commercial and industrial) Projects •Preferred: 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Site Engineer in solar power projects. •Experience in installation of 200 kW to 2MW solar rooftop •Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating teams, effectively delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve project objectives •Immediate joiner preferred
