Product Stewardship Intern - EHS Expert

JOB SUMMARY : The intern will integrate into our Product Stewardship team and will be responsible for various projects such as: Implementation of a new range of pure substances with latest up-to-date content Dangerous Goods identification and maintenance Support to our LATAM team in their daily activities. Must cooperate and work closely with Archroma PS Global Team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : With minimum supervision: Creation of a new range of approx. 8000 Listed Substances with latest regulatory/phys-chem/tox/eco-tox content from our data provider Establish process for regular update Data transfer to Pure Substances to be managed checking the impact on classification and labelling at Raw Materials and Finished Goods level Contribution to automation of EH&S properties using standard rulesets Update of SDS templates working closely with IT team Support to the team in charge of Transport of Dangerous Goods Contribution to Product Safety Communication in LATAM managing part of the backlogs in SDS authoring or local Raw Material composition update. KEY REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, chemical engineering, Data analytics or related field or Masters in Chemistry (Organic, Physical & Inorganic) SPECIFIC SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: Good SAP EH&S system knowledge is a must Confortable working with various IT tools (sharepoints, teamsites, Excel…) Good communication skills Ability to understand chemical products If possible knowledge about Transport Regulation Fluent in English COMPETENCIES : Communication and interpersonal understanding.
