Key Purpose of the job: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead Solar and Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure projects from concept to commissioning. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in solar and EV domains, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Conduct technical feasibility studies for installing solar and/or EV charging infrastructure in new and existing buildings. Evaluate load requirements, roof/space availability, structural constraints, and grid connectivity options. Project Planning & Coordination: Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Liaise with consultants, architects, and design engineers to finalize system design. Identify and evaluate suitable vendors and contractors. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities at the site. Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality parameters, and statutory regulations. Track progress against project milestones and address delays proactively. Coordinate between internal teams, consultants, and external vendors. Conduct regular project review meetings and update management on progress. Maintain technical documentation, drawings, and compliance certificates. Ensure adherence to local electricity board and renewable energy guidelines. Desired Candidate Profile: 5–6 years of hands-on project management experience in Solar and/or EV infrastructure projects. B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale renewable energy projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in electrical load calculations, wiring diagrams, and energy yield assessment tools. Familiarity with safety codes, IEC/IS standards, and regulatory requirements.
