Experience: 5-6 Years MinimumLocation: Andheri East, Mumbai (Work from Office)Reports To: Creative Director or Group Account DirectorCollaborates With: Copy Leads, Senior Copywriters, Motion & Video Teams, Strategy, UX, Production, Account ManagementRole PurposeWe're looking for a talented and creative Senior Visualizer with 3– 5 years of experience to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals, and experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualise and design engaging visual content for digital, social media, presentations, campaigns, and marketing collaterals.Collaborate closely with copywriters, client servicing teams, and creative leads to develop impactful campaign ideas.Translate briefs into high-quality visual concepts and layouts aligned with brand guidelines.Create visually compelling digital ads, social media creatives, infographics, and campaign assets.Ensure consistency in design quality and brand standards across all deliverables.Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.Art Direction Across FormatsOversee the visual integrity of social content, brand films, digital ads, print layouts, landing pages, and integrated campaign design.Direct the visual tone, style, and craft across multiple brand ecosystems.Partner with Copy Leads & Creative Directors to shape cohesive creative ideas.Design Execution & Craft OwnershipDeliver polished designs with exceptional attention to typography, layout, colour, and composition.Review and refine AD/Jr. AD outputs to ensure consistency, brand alignment, and visual quality.Lead adaptation of creative concepts across channels and asset formats.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Motion Designers, Video Editors, UI/UX, and Production teams to deliver integrated creative output.Coordinate with Account Managers and Strategists to align creative decisions with objectives and timelines.Participate actively in brainstorms, pitches, and creative discussions.AI, Tools & New Creative TechnologiesStrong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe IllustratorUse GenAI tools (Openart AI, Chat GPT, Higgsfield) for visual exploration, mockups, and ideation.Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and compositionEnsure ethical use of AI-generated assets and maintain originality standards.Experience in both digital-first and print-ready design workflowsBrand Ecosystem ManagementDevelop and manage visual identity systems for brands across industries, like BFSI, IT/ITES, Real Estate, Lifestyle, FMCG, Healthcare, Hospitality, Automotive, etc.Ensure adherence to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.Required Skills & ExpertiseDesign ExpertiseExceptional understanding of design principles, typography, grid systems, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.Ability to guide overall look & feel of campaigns.Strong attention to nuance, detail, and storytelling through visuals.Technical SkillsAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (expert level).Figma (Preffered or Optional not core), Canva, and design systems.Working familiarity with After Effects or Premiere (preferred).Comfort with AI design tools and creative tech stacks.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and presentation abilities.Calm under pressure; able to lead multiple projects simultaneously.Strong creative problem-solving skills.Good-to-Have SkillsWorking knowledge of UI/UX workflows.Ability to participate in film shoots, direct visual tone on-set (optional).Exposure to 3D design (Blender, C4D) is a plus.Prior experience presenting work to clients.KPIs / Success MetricsQuality and originality of visual conceptsConsistency and craft across campaign assetsImprovement in AD/Jr. AD performance and outputTimely delivery of high-volume design workPositive client & internal feedback on visual directionContribution to pitch wins and new creative opportunitiesAdoption of new tools & creative innovation (AI, motion, etc.)Education & BackgroundBachelor’s Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or Applied Arts.Minimum 3-5 years in digital, advertising, or integrated creative environments.Portfolio must demonstrate strong conceptual and craft capabilities.
