Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly creative and dynamic Art Director to lead the visual and conceptual direction of integrated advertising campaigns for real estate brands. The candidate will be responsible for developing high-impact creative concepts, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering visually compelling campaigns across print, digital, social media, outdoor, films, and experiential marketing platforms.The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of branding, advertising aesthetics, storytelling, and consumer psychology within the real estate industry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the creative vision and art direction for multiple real estate brands and projects. Conceptualize and execute innovative advertising campaigns across: Print Media Digital & Social Media Outdoor Campaigns Brochures & Brand Collaterals Project Launch Campaigns Corporate Branding Video & Film Campaigns Event & Exhibition Branding Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Client Servicing, Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Production teams. Translate marketing objectives and client briefs into compelling visual communication. Develop mood boards, campaign concepts, layouts, storyboards, and creative presentations. Ensure consistency in brand language, visual identity, typography, and design standards across all deliverables. Supervise graphic designers, visualizers, photographers, illustrators, video editors, and external creative partners. Review and approve final artworks before release or production. Stay updated with latest advertising, design, branding, and real estate marketing trends. Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch presentations for new business opportunities. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Skills & CompetenciesStrong creative thinking and conceptualization skills. Excellent understanding of advertising design, branding, layouts, typography, and color theory. Expertise in: Adobe Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects Premiere Pro Figma (preferred) Strong understanding of digital-first campaigns and social media communication. Ability to create premium, aspirational, and emotionally engaging brand visuals. Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple client accounts. Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
