Role & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an Associate Creative Director / Senior Art Lead to lead the art function across brands and campaigns while helping shape the next phase of a content-first, platform-native creative agency.This role requires a strong visual thinker with proven experience across digital, social, and integrated campaigns, combined with the craft standards of mainline advertising. You should be equally comfortable building campaign ideas, scalable content systems, and high-quality day-to-day outputs. You will lead and mentor the art team, elevate creative standards, collaborate closely with the Senior Creative Director, copy, strategy, account management, and content teams, and actively integrate AI-enabled workflows to improve speed, quality, and output.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically, execute decisively, and build teams that consistently produce strong work.Key Responsibilities:Creative Leadership-Lead and manage the art team across brands, briefs, and ongoing mandatesSet the visual standard for all outputs across campaigns, content, and digital ecosystemsGuide teams from brief to final execution while maintaining consistency and craft excellenceMentor Art Directors, Designers, Motion Artists, and junior team membersBuild a high-performance culture with clear feedback, ownership, and accountabilityConcept Development & Integrated Thinking-Translate briefs into strong visual territories, campaign ideas, and platform-first executionsPartner with Copy, Strategy, and Servicing teams to create integrated creative solutionsContribute to campaign thinking across digital, social, film, print, OOH, influencer, and experientialEnsure ideas are designed for platforms, not simply adapted to them.Content, Social & Influencer Ecosystems-Lead development of always-on content systems, repeatable formats, and social-first campaignsUnderstand how ideas travel through creators, communities, and platform behavioursShape visual output for influencer collaborations, creator content, and branded content ecosystemsGuide fast-turnaround reactive and real-time content without compromising qualityMainline Craft & Brand Building-Bring strong experience in traditional advertising craft including print, outdoor, retail, and campaign systemsApply brand-building discipline to digital-first mandatesEnsure visual identities remain coherent while evolving for modern channelsAI & Workflow Innovation-Actively use AI tools across ideation, design exploration, production assistance, and efficiency workflowsIntegrate Claude Design or equivalent tools into team processes where valuableBuild smarter workflows that improve speed, consistency, and scaleEncourage adoption of new tools across the art teamStakeholder & Client Management-Present work clearly and confidently to internal teams and clientsDefend creative decisions with logic and clarityIncorporate feedback while protecting the strength of the ideaBuild trusted relationships across departments and client teamsIdeal CandidateStrong Associate Creative Director / Senior Art Lead profilesMandatory (Experience 1) –Must have 7+ years of experience in advertising or creative agencies, with a background spanning digital, social, mainline, and integrated mandates across multiple brand categoriesMandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong background in digital and social-first creative thinking, with demonstrated experience in influencer, creator, and content ecosystemsMandatory (Experience 3) – Must have proven mainline experience across print, OOH, integrated campaigns, and brand launchesMandatory (Experience 4) – Must have experience leading and mentoring art teams (Art Directors, Designers, Motion Artists, juniors) with proven track record of improving output quality through mentorshipMandatory (Experience 5) – Must have strong understanding of motion, film, editing, and video-led storytelling, along with working knowledge of production workflows across static, video, and content formatsMandatory (Experience 6) – Must be an active user of AI tools in day-to-day creative workflows, with experience integrating AI across ideation, design exploration, production, and efficiency workflowsMandatory (Portfolio) – Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating campaign systems and visual territories across platforms, multi-format executions spanning digital, social, print, OOH, and film — not just isolated one-off pieces.Mandatory (Skill) – Must have strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to defend creative decisions clearly and stay calm, structured, and effective under pressurePreferred (Skill 1) – Thinks in systems, not just one-off campaigns, with strong instinct for culture, trends, and platform behaviourPreferred (Skill 2) – Able to balance speed with standards; collaborative but decisivePreferred (Skill 3) – Commercially aware, solutions-oriented, curious, and future-facing with eagerness to evolve craft through technology
