Role Overview We are looking for a Junior Level Designer to join our in-house Technology Team. You will work on converting large interior design assets into immersive, optimised Unreal Engine experiences. This is a hands-on technical role that bridges 3D art and real-time rendering, ideal for someone passionate about game engines, architectural visualisation, and VR technology. Key Responsibilities ● Optimise, unwrap, and prepare large interior design files in 3ds Max for import into Unreal Engine● Set up baked and dynamic lighting, lightmapping, materials, and compositing within Unreal Engine● Assist in testing, profiling, debugging, and development of internal Unreal and 3ds Max pipelines and plugins● Manage and optimise the 3D asset library for performance and quality● Work across both UE4 and UE5, depending on project requirements Required Skills ● Unreal Engine● Materials, material setups, and shader development● Baked and dynamic lighting workflows● Blueprints and asset management 3ds Max● Mesh optimization and polygon reduction● UV unwrapping for lightmaps and textures● Modelling and scene preparation Good to Have (Optional Skills)● Unreal VR Development● Unity● AutoCAD● Photoshop● After Effects● Documentation
