The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in both short-form and long-form content, with a particular passion for crafting engaging, high-performing short-form content.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of copywriters, ensuring high-quality and consistent outputDevelop creative concepts and campaign narratives across digital, social, and integrated platformsOversee content creation for short-form and long-form formats, including social media, ads, scripts, blogs, and brand campaignsCollaborate closely with design, strategy, and client servicing teams to deliver cohesive campaignsEnsure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelinesReview, edit, and refine copy to maintain excellence and effectivenessStay updated with industry trends, especially in short-form content and emerging digital formatsPresent ideas and campaigns confidently to internal stakeholders and clientsRequirements7+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably within an agency environmentStrong portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form contentProven experience leading or mentoring a teamExcellent command of language, storytelling, and creative thinkingStrong understanding of digital platforms, especially social media trends and content formatsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and presentation skillsPreferred SkillsExperience working on integrated campaignsFamiliarity with content performance metrics and optimizationAbility to think strategically while executing creativelyWhy Join Hanvas Creative?Opportunity to work on diverse and exciting brandsCollaborative and fast-paced creative environmentRoom for growth and creative ownership
