This role is central to ensuring flawless design delivery—balancing creativity with execution discipline. The role demands: - No compromise on quality, aesthetics, and functionality at any stage of design or execution. - Strong liaising with best-in-class external interior design firms and over-sight over a team of 3–5 internal design managers. - Seamless collaboration with Sales, Architecture, Construction, and Finishing teams. - Regular site supervision to guarantee flawless finishes and snag-free delivery.Key Responsibilities:1. Design Leadership & OversightLead the design development process with external consultants and internal managers.Ensure all design deliverables (drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, mood-boards) align with Isprava’s luxury brand ethos.Uphold the principle of zero compromise on design quality, aesthetic refinement, and functional integrity.2. Consultant & Team ManagementManage relationships with world-class interior design consultants, ensuring pace, accountability, and quality.Build and mentor a strong internal team of 3–5 design managers, providing structured guidance and review.Delegate effectively while maintaining personal oversight on critical design and execution checkpoints.3. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with Sales to translate client aspirations into feasible design solutions.Partner with Architectural, Construction, and Finishing teams to ensure on-ground execution matches design intent.Resolve conflicts between aesthetics, timelines, and costs while protecting quality and design integrity.4. Site Supervision & Execution ExcellenceMaintain an active presence on sites to oversee finishing and detailing.Conduct meticulous snagging and quality checks to ensure flawless delivery.Uphold Isprava’s standards of precision, with no tolerance for compromise on finish or function.5. Commercial Awareness & Value EngineeringBalance creativity with commercial sensibility—optimizing designs for cost without diluting the luxury experience.Review BOQs, indents, and vendor submissions to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and design alignment.6.
