This role requires a blend of strong design expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to deliver compelling, brand-defining creative solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative LeadershipLead the art and design function across digital campaigns, social media, branding, and integrated marketing initiativesDefine and maintain high creative standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputsTranslate brand strategies into visually engaging and impactful creative conceptsConcept DevelopmentCollaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to develop innovative campaign ideasDrive ideation for pitches, new business proposals, and ongoing client campaignsStay ahead of design trends, digital innovations, and emerging technologiesTeam ManagementManage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, illustrators, and visual artistsProvide constructive feedback and guide team members to achieve creative excellenceAllocate resources effectively and oversee project timelinesClient & Stakeholder InteractionPresent creative concepts to clients and stakeholders with confidence and clarityUnderstand client briefs and business objectives to deliver impactful visual solutionsBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExecution & Quality ControlOversee end-to-end creative execution from concept to final deliveryEnsure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, timelines, and quality benchmarksReview and approve designs, layouts, and visual assetsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in fine arts, Design, Visual Communication, or related field12+ years of experience in an advertising or digital marketing agencyStrong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, branding, and visual storytellingExpertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)Deep understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and UI/UX basicsExcellent leadership, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPreferred SkillsExperience working with integrated campaigns (digital + offline)Knowledge of motion graphics, video production, and emerging formatsStrategic thinking with a strong understanding of brand buildingExperience in managing large teams and multi-brand portfoliosKey AttributesHighly creative and detail-orientedStrong aesthetic sense and storytelling abilityCollaborative mindset with a proactive approachAbility to balance creativity with business objectives
