Who We Are: WealthVidya is a Financial Literacy platform for teenagers, young adults and women. We build practical money skills, to help students make prudent financial decisions for life. At the helm of our organization is Ms. Shruti Lohia, a passionate Educator, promoting Financial Literacy as a Life Skill, across different age groups and geographies. She is armed with BBA - International Business and MSc. - Marketing Management. Supporting her is Mr. Archit Lohia, a seasoned Finance Professional with over 16 years of experience in the BFSI industry and multiple qualifications: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and Law (LLB). Our Mission: Preparing India’s Youth and Teachers for a Digitally Atmanirbhar Bharat, using India-relevant content. Building financial confidence as a life skill for students, women and retired professionals. Providing a trusted platform for BFSI industry and users. WealthVidya is recognized by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), BFSI Sector Skills Council under NSDC and AIM-NITI Aayog, to provide Financial Literacy and making our learners financially confident. Our affiliate company, CareerTopper is also providing financial courses in the field of Alternative Investments. Do you wish to facilitate a Level-playing Field in Financial Literacy? We are looking for a high-calibre individual to join as Associate – Community & Digital Presence and help us in increasing our footprint into BFSI industry and academia. Job Responsibilities: ● Develop Content Strategy for community engagement and reengagement, through WhatsApp API, fun activities, creative competitions and other digital assets. ● Manage social media handles to create a strong digital presence for WealthVidya and manager Founders’ personal branding on LinkedIn. ● Create different brand assets for our community of users, based on the target audience, including student ambassadors, teacher ambassadors and parent ambassadors. ● Give inputs to improve website UI/UX content, and landing pages, as per community requirements. ● Engaging with all Community Stakeholders through referral programs. ● Promote free content on the Community, based on the target audience and content strategy. ● Ideate on potential community partnerships, to build organic growth of WealthVidya Community. ● Engage users through events, webinars and other strategies, to build Community audience. ● Establishing WealthVidya as a thought leader in EdTech/Skilling industry. What you’ll need ● Candidates must have at least 3-4 years of work experience, preferably in EdTech or Skilling industry. ● Good communication skill in English, with an ability to make creative and engaging content. ● Work across teams to build the Community. ● Candidates will be hired on a work from office model, with flexibility of work hours. ● CTC: Fixed 5-6 Lakhs per annum (based on experience and profile) What We Seek: ● Dynamic and Innovative: It about being at the right place, at the right time ● Ability to Communicate: Be an extrovert and communicate your ideas in a story form ● Dependable and Ethical: You will be working with confidential information.
