This role focuses on enabling creatives to adapt across multiple formats, channels, and markets through structured templates and data-driven inputs rather than developing new concepts.ResponsibilitiesConvert design masters into automation-ready templatesAudit creatives for scalability and identify potential risks earlyDefine layout behavior for dynamic inputs such as copy, localization, and formatsWork with feed sheets (Excel / Google Sheets) to align data with design outputsEnsure consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverablesHandle edge cases like overflow, reflow, spacing, and layout breakageCollaborate with cross-functional global teams across marketsSupport testing and QA processes using real contentSkills Strong expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components)High Priority SkillsProficiency in Adobe PhotoshopSolid understanding of responsive design principlesWorking knowledge of Excel / Google SheetsCore CompetenciesStrong understanding of design systems and brand guidelinesAbility to translate creative concepts into scalable design logicExperience with digital formats (banners, social media, email creatives)Good communication skills in EnglishGood to Have SkillsExperience with creative automation tools (e.g., Bannerflow, Celtra)Familiarity with Google Web DesignerBasic knowledge of HTML & CSSExperience with After Effects, Illustrator, or InDesign
