Job Title: Associate Creative Director (ACD)Experience: 6+ yearsCompany: BareBones CollectiveLocation: Mumbai (preferred)Role OverviewWe’re looking for an Associate Creative Director who can ideate and write fresh, engaging, and culturally relevant advertising campaigns and content for brands.This role is ideal for someone coming from ad agencies, who understands both big ideas and execution across platforms.Key Responsibilities1. Creative Thinking & CopywritingIdeate for campaigns, content and brand initiativesWrite clear, engaging, and impactful copy across formats (social, scripts, campaigns, brand films)Translate brand objectives into strong creative narrativesPresent ideas confidently to clients and internal teams2. Execution & Quality ControlOversee creative output from concept to final deliveryEnsure consistency in tone, messaging, and storytellingCollaborate with designers, editors, and production houses and both internal and external teams for aligned creative output3. Key Requirements6+ years of experience in a creative agency, advertising agency, or an in-house brand team A strong portfolio of creative work across mediums, especially film and digital.Deep understanding of digital, social, and content ecosystemsExcellent communication and presentation skills Awards and industry recognition will be an added advantage  A collaborative team player who fits well within a young, fast-paced, and creative environmentA curiosity for AI and how it can be leveraged in both ideation and execution This role is copy-first but idea-driven.
