The work we ship is expected to stand out, not blend in.The RoleWe're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can think in campaigns, design with craft, and move with AI. This isn't a production role, it's a creative one. You'll own visual output across brands, shape how our work looks on feed and off it, and use AI tools as an extension of your creative thinking, not a replacement for it.The ideal candidate has strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and illustration, an eye for detail, and the curiosity to stay ahead of where design is heading. You'll work closely with copywriters, account managers, and the founder to turn briefs into work that actually performs.Experience: +4 Years (Agency experience)Work Location: Vikhroli (W), MumbaiWhat You'll DoLead design output across a portfolio of clients — social media, digital ads, web, decks, and brand collateralTranslate briefs into strong creative concepts, not just executionUse AI image and design tools (Midjourney, Freepik AI, Adobe Firefly, Ideogram, and others) to accelerate ideation, moodboarding, and asset creation — while maintaining brand integrity and craftBuild and evolve brand systems: logos, identity guidelines, typography, colour, iconographyDesign scroll-stopping social content — static, carousel, motion-first thinkingCollaborate with copywriters and video editors to produce integrated creative, not isolated assetsPresent work to internal teams with clear rationaleMentor junior designers on craft, speed, and creative thinkingQC final output across formats and platforms before it goes liveWhat We're Looking ForCraft & fundamentals4+ years in an agency environment, ideally with exposure to multiple categoriesStrong command of typography, layout, colour, and compositionPortfolio that shows range — social, branding, digital ads, and ideally some motion sensibilityProficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects basics), Figma, and CanvaAI fluency (non-negotiable)Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools — Midjourney, Freepik AI, Firefly, Ideogram, or similarComfort writing strong prompts and art-directing AI output rather than accepting defaultsUnderstanding of where AI adds value (ideation, variants, backgrounds, moodboards) and where human craft still wins (final polish, brand fidelity, typography)Curiosity to experiment with newer tools as they emerge — Runway, Sora, Krea, Nano Banana, and whatever comes nextThinking & temperamentConcept-first approach — you can defend why, not just show whatWorks well with copy; gets that design and words ship togetherDetail-obsessed, deadline-honestDirect communicator, takes feedback without dramaResident of Mumbai or willing to commute daily to Vikhroli (W)What We OfferSalary as per industry standards and experienceA portfolio of brands you'll actually want to put on your portfolioA team that takes creative seriously and ships work you can be proud ofExposure to AI-led creative workflows at an agency building for the next decade, not the last oneApply only if you're a resident of Mumbai or nearby locationsWorking days - Monday to FridayOffice timings - 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
