Then stay one step ahead of all of it. Mentor and manage the art team with the kind of feedback that makes people better, not smaller. Set the standard not by talking about it, but by showing it in the work you bring, the questions you ask, and the ideas you push the team to find.Fight hard for the work your team believes in, then, whatever the outcome, accept it with grace and bring something even better to the next brief. Work closely with account managers and producers, because great work doesn't happen in a creative vacuum. Quality-check everything that leaves your desk, not just for aesthetics, but for effectiveness. A beautiful post that doesn't stop the scroll has failed. Pretty that doesn't pull its weight gets sent back, no matter how pretty it is.Oversee production so the final output actually matches the ambition of the original concept.
