Role : Visual Design +UIUX DesignerExp Range : 5 to 9 yearsLocation : MumbaiRequired Key Skills:Advanced level proficiency in handling visual design tools such asAdobe Creative Suite's XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.At least 2-4 years of experience as a Visual Designer, or similar (Internship or academic project experience is a plus).Advanced level proficiency in handling visual design software such as Adobe Creative Suite's InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.Experience of meeting strict deadlinesExcellent communication skillResponsibilities / Expected Deliverables:• Collaborate with teams to understand needs and create visual designs.• Submit design concepts for team brainstorming and timely approval.• Produce unique designs with colors, shapes, and typography that meets expectations.• Support senior and junior designers in improving product visuals.• Support in maintaining design consistency across projects and platforms.• Convert approved concepts into high-quality visual designs using colours, typography, and layouts.• Encourage mentees to achieve progress as needed.• Research market trends, client feedback, and team ideas to inform designs.• Join product strategy discussions with stakeholders.Thanks & Regards,
