Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Interior Design Site Supervisor. The role involves overseeing on-site project work, managing teams and contractors, and ensuring all activities align with project plans and design specifications. Responsibilities include monitoring project timelines, ensuring quality standards, resolving on-site issues, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders. The Site Supervisor will also ensure materials and designs are executed as per plans and proactively identify and mitigate project risks. Qualifications Proven skills in Project Management and Team Leadership to oversee diverse teams and complex project execution.Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for interpreting and implementing design layouts and drawings.Background in Interior Design with an eye for aesthetics, functionality, and attention to detail.Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills to manage timelines and quality standards.Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices specific to interior design projects.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in managing residential and commercial interior design projects is an advantage.
